Privacy notice
The short version: this website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tags, has no forms and loads nothing from other companies. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us.
Who we are
Brandwingo ([Registered business name], [registration number (UEN)], [registered business address]) runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about this notice go to our data protection contact, [name of the person responsible for data protection], at contact@brandwingo.com, +65 8873 5313 (Singapore) or +91 90596 23665 (India).
What we collect, and when
- When you browse this site: nothing that identifies you. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information for each visit (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to profile you.
- When you email, call or message us: your name, email address or phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business and your enquiry. Our email button offers a short template; every line is optional.
- When you become a client: the business information and materials you share for your project, as described in your proposal or service agreement.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, payment card details or information about children.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for.
- To deliver the work you engage us for, including research, strategy, content and campaign materials.
- To keep the records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We use your data only for these purposes, with your consent (which you give by contacting us) or where the law allows it. We never sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them; any we send will include a one-click way to unsubscribe.
Tools and services that help us
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and, for client projects, the AI and creative tools we use to produce the work. They may process data only on our instructions and must keep it secure. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Our providers may store data outside Singapore and India; where they do, we take steps to make sure it is protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within [12 months]. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it by withdrawing your consent. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can, and within 30 days. If we cannot meet a request in full, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we will explain why.
Request access, correction or deletion
Email us with the subject “Personal data request”. The button below opens a ready-made email.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission or the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie and update this notice.

Our Instagram and Facebook pages, and any other site we link to, are run by those companies under their own privacy policies.

Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Security
This site is served only over an encrypted connection, uses strict browser security settings and loads no third-party code. We protect the data you send us with access controls and reputable providers. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not email us passwords or payment details.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
